Once this Webstore closes all items will then be ordered and sent into production. This process takes about 3 weeks for completion.

These are custom made to orders items. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds for ordering items incorrectly.
We reserve the right to substitute with like items if items is unavailable.
The 3 weeks for production does not start until the store is closed.
Extensions on close date may be requested by point of contact of the store.
Delays could occur due to holiday and inclement weather.
